This seems very important. It’s a long video, and it contains more information than most of us could possibly absorb this quickly. The first few minutes will give you the gist, if you don’t want to invest two hours.

I won’t say that I’m completely convinced, I’m no nuclear scientist. But seeing this knowledgeable and thorough guy this excited about a possibility really does go a long way.
